Lean manufacturing is the process of analyzing the flow of information and materials in a manufacturing environment to continuously improve the process to achieve enhance value. Michale Haggard, Executive Vice President, had this to say about the Lean Manufacturing training: “The premise of lean manufacturing is to reduce waste and non-value added activities. It is designed to minimize the waste from overproduction, excess inventory, waiting time and underutilization of resources.
