The following positions are now available in V.E. Enterprises Springer, Oklahoma office:
Production Department – Floor
Weldout
Follows directions of Frac Tank Crew Leader in assembling and welding parts necessary to complete a tank; complete floor assembly utilizing overhead crane and floor dolly’s including outer rail and intermediate cross members, front end, kingpin support plate and floor skins; assist in cleanup and complete paperwork necessary to record job time.
Finishing Department, Blasting –
Blast
Follows direction of Blast or Finish Crew Leader in blasting and preparing tanks or trailers for painting; prepare tanks/trailers inside and out for blast procedure; apply shot blast to inside, outside and associated parts; inspect tanks for defects and inform quality control; assist in cleanup of blast bays and complete paperwork necessary to record job time.
Finishing Department, Internal Coating –
Coater
Follows direction of Coating or Finish Crew Leader in preparing tank for coating; review spec sheet and prepare inside of tank clearing of weld splatter, sharp edges, etc.; clean and blow out inside using pump; mix coating base / hardener according to manufacturers specs and spray to minimum thickness of 15 mils; inspect for complete coverage making repairs as necessary; assist in cleanup and complete paperwork necessary to record job time.
Finishing Department, Painting –
Painter
Follow directions of Finish Crew Leader in preparing tanks/trailers for painting; prepare outside of tank clearing weld splatter, sharp edges, etc.; clean and blow outside of tank using pump; mask the tank and layout striping where applicable; spray paint according to customer spec, sanding paint / primer when necessary to remove runs or drips; inspect and repair any defects; clean paint equipment and complete paperwork necessary to record job time.
Finishing Department – Final Assembly
Follow directions of Finish Crew Leader in preparing the tank for final assembly; review spec sheets and run wiring, connect brakes, install railings or other fixtures, repair paint defects, test and seal tanks/trailers for shipment to customer; complete all paperwork necessary to record job time.
